About Pastor J.E. Mitchell
Pastor Mitchell knew the calling that God has on his life from as early as eight (8) years old. But it was in 2004 when he took a serious leap of faith to walk in the calling and mandate God set before him to preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.
Pastor Mitchell has educated himself and became a graduate of International Seminary (located in Plymouth, Florida) with a Diploma of Practical Theology. He’s the former business owner and founder of In-N-Out Moving, In-N-Out Lawn Service which grew and developed A Better Lawn Service LLC.
Pastor Mitchell has a love for people in the fellowship with the Saints. He is the husband of one wife, Lady Sharon Mitchell, and indeed a proud father.
Pastor is a 19 year Veteran enlisted in Gods Army with Good Standing, therefore having his loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness. And his feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace. Pastor Mitchell is a man who is steadfast unmovable, spiritually grounded in the work of the Lord.
OUR Vision
Risen Church Ministries Vision
Our vision is as follows II Timothy 4:2 ---"to preach the word; be instant in season, out of season." In Mark 16:15, God said "...go into all the world preach the gospel to all creature." Here at Risen Church our vision is plain reaching and ministering the gospel of Jesus Christ to a dying world. Giving them hope that Gods plan is available to anybody who will put their trust in Christ. We here at RCM desire to be the birth and launching site for such. In this vision, God showed us that we will be the catapult that other ministries and strong leaders and loyal followers of Christ will launch from. To set out and search for men, women, boys and girls in every nation around the world. To minister and witness Christ to broken families and mend them through God's word. Our outreach is locally and internationally with resources and ministries to equip families and individuals in areas of life.
Our facilities will be staffed with Saints who are in tune with the Spirit of God to be effective to people that’s searching out hope. We want to educate our young people academically, but more purposely spiritually. We will be of assistance to our elderly and a trusted help for the widows. We will have a have a strong outreach team and be accessible to the community. We will be resourceful feeding the hungry, clothing the less fortunate. We will live by example by showing others there is a better way than the status quo. And that’s what is to put our trust in Christ Jesus. while opening our hearts to His word.
"Trust in the Lord with all our hearts and lean not to our own understanding in all our ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct your path." Proverbs 3:5-6
